The conference fee is set as follows:
Early registration until July 15th
Regular participants: 70,000JPY (~466USD with a rate of 150JPY/USD)
Young scientists: 35,000JPY (~233USD)
(students and postdocs)
Late registration after July 16th until August 31st
Regular participants: 80,000JPY
Young scientists: 40,000JPY
The fee includes lunch, coffee break, welcome reception, conference dinner, and proceedings.
Young Scientist Support will be privded to a limited number of students and early career postdoc. See more details in Young Scientist Support page.
Additional ticket(s) for accompanying person(s), including reception and conference dinner, costs 15,000JPY (~100USD) per person.
The conference fee can be paid through the registration page with a credit card via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the paid conference fee will not be refunded for cacellation of the registration. If you have any question, please contact hp2024-contact@cern.ch.
