Visa
Some participants may need a visa to enter China. Please check your visa requirements carefully. Early application is recommended as the process often takes some time.
If you need an invitation letter for the visa application, please select "I need an invitation letter for visa application" and send an email to xqcd2024@impcas.ac.cn with the title "invitation letter request" and 1) a scanned copy of the passport personal information and 2) a brief CV.
PS: Effective on December 1, 2023, till November 30, 2024, the visa is not required for France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia citizens holding ordinary passports to stay in China within 15 days for Business, Tourism purpose.
