Staff and postdoc rate: 325 EUR
Full registration fee (13 May – 31 May):
Student rate: 250 EUR
Staff and postdoc rate: 400 EUR
The fee price includes:
- Coffee Breaks and refreshments
- Lunch Monday through Friday
- Conference reception on the evening of Monday 10 June.
- Conference dinner on the evening of Thursday 13 June.
Please note that the conference will not organize a central hotel reservation. Suggestions and recommendations for lodging in Madrid will be provided in our practical information page . Please be wary of third parties offering hotel booking, and only trust the information published on this website or in emails sent from the official account of the conference or members of the organising committee.
We recommend early registration and payment in order to avoid the increase in the registration fee (starting 22nd April 2024).
Payment has to be done via the following link (note that a secondary registration - short- is needed at the FUAM website to proceed to payment).
The registration will be moderated. Following your registration in indico you should receive an automatic confirmation mail reminding you of the link for payment of the registration fee. Please send proof of payment to susy24madrid@gmail.com. We will approve and confirm your registration in indico upon reception of the confirmation of payment.
If you require a certificate for attendance, it will be issued during the conference.
