Sofia is served by many major airlines as well as some low-cost companies. The airport is situated some 13 km from the conference site while the central train station is only at 3 km.
Arrival by plane: The conference venue can be reached by public transport (https://www.sofiatraffic.bg/en/) from Terminal 2 of Sofia Airport (ticket price 1.60 Leva (approx. 0.80 EUR)). Alternatively, you can take a taxi (only the companies at the official taxi rank is recommended).
Visa: Formal invitation letters for participants who need to apply for a visa can be sent by the Organizers if the required details are provided to the contact e-mail.
Accommodation: A limited number of rooms at the conference hotel will be available at preferential prices:
Single room: 87 €/night
Double room: 52 €/person/night
including breakfast. Those will be distributed at first-come-first-served principle.
It is also possible to book an accommodation at other hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue. There are plenty of such places which can be easily booked on all online tourist platforms.
