The International Symposium on Nuclear Science (ISNS-24) will be hosted in the historically rich and vibrant city of Sofia, Bulgaria between the 9th and the 13th of September 2024. This event is co-organized by Sofia University, the Horia Hulubei National Institute for R&D in Physics and Nuclear Engineering, and the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency (BNRA). We are lookign forward to five days of engaging discussions, ground-breaking research presentations and valuable networking opportunities.

 Symposium Aims and Topics: 

ISNS-24 is convened to discuss forefront research in the areas of nuclear photonics, the structure of exotic nuclei, nuclear moments and transition probabilities, high angular momentum nuclear structure, nuclear astrophysics, and advanced instrumentation for nuclear research. The symposium will also honour the remarkable career of Prof. Dimiter L. Balabanski.

Anybody, intrested in participating in the symposium is invited to submit an abstract (both for the oral presentations and the posters) and to register on the dedicated page.
