LHCP 2024 conference will provide remibursement grants to a limited number of early career researchers (ECRs), especially PhD students, to promote their participation to the conference.
The grant amount will reimburse costs comparable to the amount of the early registration fee (~300 USD).
In order to apply for the ECR grant, researchers should complete the registration for the conference (including indico registration & payment), and send an email to e.barberis@northeastern.edu & t.orimoto@northeastern.edu describing their motivation for the grant application via a cover letter, and also providing a CV. Please provide the cover letter and CV in a single PDF file. A letter of reference is also required from their supervisor(s) supporting their application and the letter should be sent by the supervisor directly to to e.barberis@northeastern.edu & t.orimoto@northeastern.edu. Please indicate "LHCP2024 ECR grant submission" in the e-mail subject line.
Priority will be given to ECR applicants that submit a poster to present at the poster session, and/or present talks. Decision on the awarding of the ECR grants will be made by the conference organisers. ECR grant deadlines can be found below.
