We will provide grants to a limited number of early career researchers (ECRs) from overseas, especially including post-docs and PhD students, to promote their participation to the conference. The grant includes full coverage of the registration fee and accommodations, and it does not cover travel expenses.
In order to apply for the ECR grant, researchers should register for the conference and submit a poster/talk abstract, and send an email to qiang.li@cern.ch describing their motivation for the grant application, and providing their CV and letter of reference from their supervisor(s) supporting their application. Decision on the winners of the ECR grants will be made by the conference organisers.
