VISAS: You are strongly advised to check the entry conditions applicable to you with the relevant consulates in Austria. If you require an invitation letter please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that invitation letters will only be provided once your registration for the conference is complete and your professional status has been verified.
- ROOM BOOKING: Hotel rooms have been reserved in various hotels across Innsbruck. When your abstract is accepted, you will receive a link to the booking platform in the abstract acceptance notification email (and again in the registration confirmation email). You are free to use the booking platform or any other means to book your accommodation.
- PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
- as part of the hotel room reservation you will also receive a free welcome card public transport ticket. This will include free transport within the Innsbruck region incl. the buses and trams in Innsbruck for the duration of your stay, as well as Innsbruck’s city bikes for 24 hours.
- the tram 2, 5 and the bus T all can take you from the center to the stop Innsbruck Technik, which is very close to Campus Technik where the conference takes place.
