ARRIVAL IN TOKYO

Most participants will be staying at the Keio Presso Otemachi Hotel, near Tokyo Station. Tokyo Station is accessible via JR train, shinkansen, and subway lines. Take the Nihonbashi Exit of JR Tokyo Station, the Otemachi subway station, or JR Kanda Station.

Upon arrival, you should purchase a Suica card to facilitate travel on local trains. This can be purchased at most JR stations, and loaded with credit.

A note on luggage: With the large amount of travel by public transport, it is recommended to travel lightly such as with a back pack. Certain trains do not allow overhead luggage storage, or require prebooking of luggage over 160 cm. More info at https://global.jr-central.co.jp/en/info/oversized-baggage/
